I tried many methods, but I still can't solve the problem. You can visit the mql5 website, but MT5 cannot be installed

Is it about this your post #9?
The problem may be the following:

something is blocking your Metatrader to connect to the MQL5 Market (internet block).
You may be using old builds of MT5, or old version of Windows, or you are using proxy, or your antivirus/firewall blocks it.
Or you are using external VPS which was banned from the Market.
or you did not install Internet Explorer the latest version on your Windows 10 64-bit computer.

I just replied with theoretical points of view (because no one knows any technical data - you did not tell any technical data in your post to evaluate).
So, I am suggesting to you to disable antovirus from computer's memory and read post #1 for more.
