looks like, but the person i got this from said its " not drawn by hand ", so it has to be some kind of indicator, any ideas?

Where did you get the image from?

Why don't you ask them?

 

Looks like trendline to me?

As Keith mentioned, it is best to ask the source.  Don't assume based on our conjectures, you might end up losing money and wasting time.
