VPS Not taking trades

My VPS Affiliated through MQL5 (Hong Kong 01) is not taking trades. Is there any online Help available?

It depends about the following:

• how to installed everything,
• how you made a synchronization,
• what is written in VPS journal/logs (which error is written there),
• why do you know that it should be the "trades in VPS"
  
• and more.

So, you can read the forum and try to find the answers by yourself, or you can post the technical details on the forum in case you are looking for help (read this post #26 about the "proofs").
