my expert sometimes it does not trade!!!

hi,

i say to my expert that:

 if the price goes up 400pip, make trade, and get position,

I have run this EA in 3 accounts,

and it work good,

But some days, randomly one or two account does not trade, while price has gone up 400pip,

what is the problem??

_i run the EA in VPS,
_EA is the same in three accounts
