We need a refund for a signal service cancelled within 24 hours as dont want the service

We paid 30 dollars for a signal service also rented the indicator from the seller but decided to not proceed with signal service could we kindly ask how would we get our refund as we wont be using the service cancelled it within one day of the remaining 30 days please assist?

If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial subscription, you will be automatically refunded.

Also if you cancel the indicator purchase within 7 days, without having activated it, you will also get a refund.

Ok sure but we have been using mql5 for 4 years and we would like our refund processed as we won't be using the 30 extra days of this service I think this is only fair?
