I haven't sent anything to service desk yet I am not sure if I should but I also got 3 stars which must be an error. This is totally not fair
i had a similar problem, i gave five stars in a feedback of one of my customers and after clicking on the feedback's OK button, my feedback to the customer is showing only three stars. Impossible to change.
Me too i ended up recieving 3 stars, at first it was refusing, when it finally did i recieved 3 stars
I keep on receiving nice words and I feel stupid to keep asking clients if they clicked 3 or 5 stars but this is obv really unfair. I work really hard and get 3 stars because of error in system
