Indicator in a template

Can anybody advise how to RETAIN the color width settings that you select & SAVE in the MT4 platform template?
When I change these color widths in an indicator in the MT4 chart & save the new template, on re-opening that chart or moving to a new chart & selecting the saved template the color widths have returned to the original indicator settings .

1. Saving a template is irrevalent, it doesn't do anything but create a file (the template.)

2. The template ordering for new charts is «EAname».tpl, (if tester) tester.tpl, (if offline chart) offline.tpl, and Default.tpl.

   Set your chart the way you want and save Default template and then apply it onto all other existing charts.

   A template is just a text file. You can edit it.

Hi William: Thanks for your very prompt assistance.

If I understood you correctly it was to create the template in the MT4 chart & save it as Default.tpl.

Loading this template onto the next chart reverted back to the old chart.
