Invalid License in all bought indicators and EAs

Has anyone had experience with the following error:
2014.08.24 22:14:55.646 Tester: Cannot load Experts\Market\rebate-robot
2014.08.24 22:14:55.646 Invalid license 'C:\Users\dadmin\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\EC995AE331B545142198039AA7DFF030\MQL4\Experts\Market\rebate-robot.ex4'
This error appears in the backtester when I press the Expert Properties button, or if I try to attach to a chart. I have the same problem with purchased indicators.
History: I had errors in backtesting and saw many data errors, and my broker suggested to do a clean re-install. So that is what I did.
I Uninstall Metatrader, ticked the box "Remove Personal Data", and reinstalled latest build
Started it up

So far good... I entered my MQL5 account details, and all my purchases appeared in the Market tab. I Pressed Install on each one. Oddly it asked me to activate each one.
But now, all 5 products have the same error message .
I have looked everywhere for a solution to this problem. I found some references in MQL4 under products, but the answers were "have referred to moderator".
Could someone share some wisdom here?
