I used ea well after purchase. but after pc window resetting, it can not load ea. other ea can load. what's wrong?

I upgraded the window from PC. suddenly, it says again again that it can't upload the ea that I used after purchasing it. there was nothing download left.  but, other ea can load. What's wrong? Check, please.

After each major windows upgrade, your MQL5 Market purchases are uninstalled and you need to install them again, using a new activation.

MQL5 usually credits one activation for such major windows updates, unless this was only on your part, due to some computer hardware upgrade or format.
