I new in mql5 and realy dont know have 2 acount make account banned.
So im use service desk and explain that and they say your request accepted for prosseing
But after one week and waiting nothing happened.
I write coment on ticket to wake them but nothing happening..
So plz advise me to how contact them to solve it.
And how delete second not usable account to pervent this problem.
It is for the service desk only sorry.
So plz help any idea and advise to solve it..
And when they say "accepted and prosseing" and nothing happening ..what mean???
