Can't see my purchase list after logging into MQL5 community in MT4

After loging into MQL5 community from MT4 I cant see my purchase list or even the main software list in the Terminal Window.

I'm getting the following error 2020.11.10 05:25:08.815 MQL4 Market: failed to load products (get header failed [12150])

in the error log.

Please help

Any questions from newcomers on MQL4 and MQL5, help and discussion on algorithms and codes
MetaTrader 4 Build 529 beta released with new compiler
MT4 via IG - No Email Address and cannot log into MQL5.com with that account

(because of too much people are doing same mistake ..)

I cant install the purchased EA in MT5 platform
