Does any body know that the signal providers shown in the first page of the MQL5's site are costloss and by random, or shall be paid a cost by signal providers to be advertised? if yes, how much?

These results are gathered by MQL5.com filter we don't know about.
There is no option for advertising in these pages.
The only allowed place for advertising signals and products here in MQL5.com is our profile page.
