Hi,
I am starting with MetaTrader 5 to do some trades.
I got concerned today - my second day testing the platform.
The app has been running for the better part of the day.
Suddenly, the mouse got super sluggish only when moving over the MT5 app. ALT+TAB to another app would make it move normally.
I tried ALT+F4 to close/reopen the app, but surprisingly it kept the same behavior for a few minutes.
As a result, I could not conduct some trades.
The problem went away by itself.
The computer is a modern notebook, with an Intel 9th gen Core i7, 32GB RAM, and a Geforce 1660 Ti, and 1TB M.2 SSD. Windows is up-to-date.
Apart from MT5, run of the mill office apps and browser were running.
I checked Task Manager and Antivirus was not hogging the system.
