How do i change the chart properties permanently on mt5

I've been trying to change the chat layout because im partially color blind , and its not easy seeing the chart, plus its really frustrating having to change it each time i open a new chart.

i hope someone could help/

 

The template ordering for new charts is «EAname».tpl, (if tester) tester.tpl, (if offline chart) offline.tpl, and Default.tpl.

Set your chart the way you want and save Default template and then apply it onto all other charts.

To save current chart as template:

  1. Right click on chart to bring up context menu
  2. Move cursor over "Templates" then sub-menu pops up
  3. Select "Save Template"
  4. Save as "Default.tpl"
