Include MT5 files

Im trying to download indicators which involve include files. Specifically a smoothalgorithm.mqh file however when I try to run the indicator it isn't in the custom tab of indicators on mt5 provider. Does anyone know how to correctly use include files for indicators

Download the include file into the Includes directory. Download the indicator file into the Indicators directory. Compile it!
