if i buy a signals, the signals trade 3.0 per trade...can i set 0.1 per trade only

Well, yes and no. You can not specifically set it to 0.1 lots. But if you know the tricks to setting it up, you can.

There is a formula that MT goes through to arrive at the calculation of your lot size based on numerous factors. There is a bit of information available here and elsewhere if you google it but it's not easy to follow. I wrote an article on this about 5 weeks ago for MQL5.com but it's yet to be published for some reason.
