MT5 EA invalid licnese (538)

hi i update my windows to 10 2004 yesterday, i follow the guide reinstall my market purchased EA. and it reduce my activation count by 1, and i open mt5 today it sshows invalid license (538)

You should re-install the product from the Market tab in Metatrader (delete old and reinstalled once again).
But read this thread before deleting/re-installing anything:

its visuall placing trades and counting everything as per rules but when i click trade to place the order either pending or market its not placing whats the issue?

check your journal for errors. post your full log not image and someone will help.
