Change Acc VPS MT5 -> MT4

The function of changing VPS accounts is problematic,

I cannot change from MT5 account to MT4.

If you are about MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5 so you can not change from MT4 to MT5 and from MT5 to MT4 (and it is written in the rules here).
