Hi Mladen,

this part of the text:

  • When the RWI High is above the RWI Low, it means there is more upward strength than downward strength, and vice versa.

It seems to me that one is almost always above or below the other. They don´t cross each other.

So how is this interpration? Should I sum them to get the net effect?

See the color of the lines. The lines are switching (crossing) all the time. The interpretation is correct - no need to change anything in it

One more example - check the color of lines to identify which one is which (the thick line is the result line overlaying either of the two lines that is "dominant" at that moment)
