I figured out what I did and was able to pull my other account up and find the purchase. It shows one 4 activations left but when I go to the metatrader it is not showing there so do I need to reactivate it? If so how do I do that? On the metatrader it is like it never existed. Thanks again for your help.

If you find your purchase (EA) in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/gdu60/market so you can fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and forum password.
Your forum login is gdu60
Do not use your email for login.
