The product is just copyer

Check Internet Explorer (IE); Metatrader tabs are using IE; IE should be installed on your computer the latest version (I am having IE version 11).
If it does not help so use the following -

There are many possible reasons why you can not install the product:

  • old build of Metatrader (you need to update Metatrader);
  • old version of Internet Explorer (you need to re-install Internet Explorer to the latest version; I am having version 11);
  • you did not login to the Community tab in Metatrader,
  • old unsupported version of Windows (Windows 10 64 bit is preferable for MT5 for example;
  • and more.

Login into your MQL5 account with your: soluce2003 username and not your email in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab.

Also make sure that you have Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge installed in your computer (as Sergey already suggested).
