I bought the wrong version of MT5 EA yesterday. Originally, i was trying to buy the MT4 EA but made a mistake and brought the version of MT5 EA.
Personally I did not test (did not use) this option but you can try (or you can wait for the other users will reply here -

If you haven't activated your purchase, you can cancel the purchase and buy the MT4 version.
If doesn't work, contact the Service Desk, we can't help you here.

Hello MT4 community,
I bought the wrong version of MT5 EA yesterday. Originally, i was trying to buy the MT4 EA but made a mistake and brought the version of MT5 EA.
I haven't activated my purchase and install that EA into any VPS yet, how can i cancel the purchase and buy the MT4 version.
Also, I sent the ticket request already to service support but so far no one replied me at all. Is there any button/somewhere i can cancel my purchase from my side ?
I've also contacted the creator and he said that it is wise for me to contact the support service.
Could you guys help me with this issue? I'm sure something like this should have happened before.
