Your question is not clear. Apparently you mean transactions in OLTP? But that's not OLAP.
In principle, the SQLite engine, which was built into MT5 just in 2020, also provides powerful data aggregation and analysis functions, but you need to know SQL. Both OLAP and OLTP can be implemented on it.
