Purchased EA but can't download - page 2

Hello ,

I have bought Galaxy EA Mt4 , payment gone from my card , also payment amount appeared in my payment section  , but the EA doesn't appear in my purchase section

what I shall do to get my product  ?  Attached  screenshot for product buying confirmation and screenshot from my payment section .

Make sure you login into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, with your eqyindustries login and NOT your email or facebook, then go to the Market tab of the Terminal/Toolbox window and click the Purchased option.

There you can install the product you want by clicking the blue install button on the right.

My balance is 199 USD.  Because product didn't add yet.
 
I can't withdraw or add fund or purchase a product. I have a flag a red flag of financial operation limited.
