Cloud Agent testers do not sell my resource even if hard disk was format and Cloud agent tester was reinstalled.

 

I was trying Cloud agent tester by changing the PC parts (CPU and RAM) to understand what kind of parts have high PR values and are frequently used by users.

However, Cloud agent tester had stopped working (Agents did not sell my resource) after changing PC parts (Same motherboard, Different CPU and Different RAM condition.)


 When first set PC and cloud agent tester was installed, my resources were well sold. 

However, the trouble was occurred when I change the PC parts (Same motherboard, Different CPU and Different RAM condition.) to test the performance and test again.

My resources have stopped selling anymore whatever I do.


Of course,

1. My PC was satisfied the Cloud agent install condition as described in MetaQuotes.

2.  Cloud Agent was not only connected but also was in the active state in tester software, and registered in the agent list of web page. 

3. Agents did not sell my resource even if hard disk was format and Cloud agent tester was reinstalled.


Strangely, the previous Agent list remained in the web page even if all of the agent doesn't work anymore.

I could not remove permanently the All of Agent list in the web page.

(it will be restored in a few hours after it's deleted, but the active date and the Agent's Build remain old.)


Should I delete the account and regist a new account again?

Is it a kind of account ban from MetaQuotes?

Is it a problem with my network conditions?

(I live in a multi-generational apartment. I am using the internet through an internet router.)


How can I fix it?
