Installing multiple instances of MT4

I have a single demo from Oanda running on MT4, but would like to add more.  It used to be that while installing MT4 you could choose a different Installation Folder and Program Name during the installation process.  However, the current installation file for MT4 no longer shows the screen that allows the user to change the installation folder or program name. How can I install multiple instances of MT4?
 
You should see "Setting button" on the first screen after starting the installer.
