Problem renting indicator

hello im trying to rent an indicator and a pop up login comes up.  I put my info and nothing happens. My acct has the funds.

What am I doing wrong?  My balance shows the funds. Again push the Rent button, type mt login info but nothing else happens. Am i missing something?

- Check Community tab (it should be filled with your forum login/pass),
- and check Internet Explorer (Metatrader is using IE; it should be the latest version - something as version 9 or 11 for example),
- check Metatrader build (it should be latest build, or at least - not too old one).
