1. Does anyone know how mql5 site ranking a product in the website and MT4, MT5 platform.
2. How some EA's and Indicators show on the first page of the listing without any reviews comments.

No, forum users do not know how MQL5 rank products.

 

They used to cycle products through the showcase much like a carousel so that all products show up equally.

But it's possible that they changed the algorithm.
