I can only say that from experience, it may take somewhere between 1 week and 9 months.

That's just incredible how people are selfish and/or egocentric ! Can't we just delete all these time waster posts or something ?
From my experience it can take between 5 minutes and forever.

If the posts are deleted, they just re-post, so there is little point.
