you can create an EA or inside the EA insert a SendEmail function when the trade is opened. It depends on Mt4 and Mt5 you will also need to configure your options setting in the terminal with the correct values in Email Tab. I can't help anymore but in the check for info about the Send Email or Notificaction function in the documentation
