How to create arrows using 2 bar charts that show green and red, then makie it more advanced

Hi

I want to have arrows appear when 2 of my charts show green at the same time and when they show red at the same time representing buy and sell signals, How do I go about this?, these are custom indicators and one is .mg4 file format and the other is .ex4. ideally I would also like it to show exit points (when 1 of the indicators turn red/green depending on which way its going) and then look into it becoming a robot so it can trade for me.


additional note  The default colour values in the scripts are different.
