MetaTrader 5 crashed promptly after loading
Finally I found a solution from Russian MQL5 forum.
I found the key of this problem within crash log I found on C:\USERS\WIN8\APPDATA\ROAMING\METAQUOTES\CRASHES
*If you stumbled upon the same issue, try search for crashes folder within MetaQuotes folder.

One moderator of Russian forum ( https://www.mql5.com/ru/users/stringo ) mentioning a working solution for this problem.
"Your problem is in the crooked codec vorbis
This is a fairly common problem: https://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&hl=en&q=vorbis.acm%20crash&gws_rd=ssl
To solve the problem with starting the terminal, rename the file 'vorbis.acm' to 'vorbis.acm.bak' in the directory C: \ WINDOWS \ SYSTEM32 \ vorbis.acm and restart the computer"
So, problem fixed. Case closed!

Need help..
My MT5 didn't work. I've installed and reinstalled it several times but it keeps failed to work.
I have MT5 platform installed on Windows 8 Pro x64, already set my firewall and antivirus to allow this app to pass. I got myself a new demo accounts from mql5.com after read a topic in this forum addressing the same issue, but it proven that new account solution didn't work for me.
Initial opening of the apps worked well but it just closed itself just after successful account authorization when the apps should be showing windows of currency pair graphs.
I also tried to check "journal" and logs while I open MT5 with my connection off but it didn't leave any clues (or I just didn't know where to find them except from those two).
Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this?
