To check absolute strength of Currencies, Which indicator value is the best to compare

Hi all,

To not waste of trying I just wanted to ask you

To calculate absolute strength of the currencies I can compare average of some indicators Like RSI or Momentum for 28 pairs.

Which indicator's average shows the absolute strength of it?

I am on RSI and momentum but are they right choice or is there any other?

RSI and momentum are relative change indicator specific to each currency. I think it is not correct to average indicators.
