Close Partial with limit order using Hedge Account

Is it possible to close a position partially with limit order using a hedge account?

I just found CTrade.PositionClosePartial, but it uses TRADE_ACTION_DEAL.

It is possible. You just place the limit order and then reconcile it once it's been filled with TRADE_ACTION_CLOSE_BY
