The service desk has no section for seller account problem, they say if there is no section in titles for your question use the forum !!!!

The issue with the rejection of Iranian sellers status is a general and not a personal one, so I don't think they can do something in personal level.

 
Im from South Africa and my seller status was just fine but all of a sudden im also rejected after years being ok, this suckshonestly. and the help desk is not helpful and also the online chat.
 

Previously my Document ID picture was rejected numerous times. The image was very clear and meets all the requirements.

However later, I suspected that the automatic approval system checks the image's metadata. My image was actually taken months ago. 

I retake a brand new image of my Document ID and it worked.

 

It seems to have something to do with your "profile rating".

Go to your profile and check out your rating.
