Register Signal After Cancel Subscription

Hi Team,
previously i have subscribe to the signal in MQL5, but after fews day i cancel the Subscription due to poor signal trade, but i notice i not able to register my signal in MQL5 later even though i was disconnected from the Subscription ? any one can help or advise how to do or register the signal in MQL5.
You can't publish a signal with an account previously used to subscribe to another signal.
The reason is pretty obvious, part of your account's history it will be that other signal's trades.
