I am using a VPN Server. How many metatrader accounts can I run on my server? I need six accounts, is this possible?

If you are talking about MQL5 VPS, its one trading account per server.

I guess, you're talking about metatrader 4? If you tweak them up (set affinity to the same cpu; switch off news, candle history and few other things), it should be easily possible with a dual core cpu and 3 gb ram.
I was running up to 12 instances on a windows server 2012 with quadcore and 4 gb ram. It depends also on the usage of your ea's, indicators, opened charts and so on.
