Currently there is no way to subscribe to mql5 signals via metatrader4 for Android. Or maybe I don't know how to do it.
So, how to do it or when do you (developers) intend to add this functionality to Android?

No, you cannot subscribe to a MQL5.com signal through the mobile Android or iOS apps.
The signal subscription procedure requires a series of setups and the implementation of MQL5 VPS in order to work properly, that I doubt that it could be integrated to the mobile environment easily.
