Metatrader 4 help, not getting enough data!

I'm not getting enough data on my charts.  I'm using Oanda as my broker symbol EURUSD-5.  On Tool > Options, MAX BARS IN HISTORY is set to max and MAX BARS IN CHART is also set to max.  Closed the application and relaunched it, nothing has changed the max historical data on the 4hr chart goes back to June 26th 2019 which isn't enough for some indicators.

If you don't have any history, here's how you can get all available from your broker.

• On MT4: Most brokers only have 32 or 65K bars of history per timeframe. That's 45 days of M1, 2.5 years on M15, etc.

 It's the first solution I tried, still getting only up to June 2019 on the 4hr chart and similar results on other time frames.
