How to interact with Customer and send him expert or indicator in freelance as a developer?

i am programmer from 10 years ago and start design expert and indicator from 2 years ago but i registered here recently.
question is : after i choose topics in "Freelance" and tick "Send" button... what happen? How Can i Interact with customer? Should i send him source code of expert/indicator ? how?
You interact with the customer in the Comments window.
The customer will select a developer.
Don't send any code until an agreement is reached between you and the customer regarding the specifications, price and time.
