Your broker uses a .r suffix in every currency pair and probable that is the reason you are not copying the signal's positions.

Contact the signal provider for advice and suggested broker/server setups.

Do you think that its possible to get a refund or transfer it to another broker cuz of that problem?

You can only get a refund for a signal subscription if you cancel within 24 hours of your initial subscription.

I suggest to ask the signal provider for advice.

Hello,

I had the same problem and could solve it with:

empty the cache of your internet browser (delete Webside history and cookies) and

restart your computer.

After this action it worked again on my system.

you should to enter manually login data in meta trader in option tab. be sure yo entered them manually.
