This statistic is detected automatically by MQL5.com signal system and reflects positions opened by EAs.
If your trades are all opened manually by you and not by an Expert Advisor, you can contact the Service Desk about this, but I don't think they will do something about it.
The better ranking will come in time, if you continue trading well.
