i have a problem to copy SIGNAL trades

I chose a  SIGNAL in mql5.com but When I click on a subscription it does not run in a mt5 program and when i try to  run the signals in a mt5 program It works but I can't find the signal I want pls help

  I Search and  I do all these steps and when I find the name of the sign click on it and nothing happens.

It does not give me the signal page .

Please post a screenshot of the problem.

I doubt that you are doing exactly as instructed.

Make sure you have Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge installed in your computer.

When I click the same link it works on my MT5 terminal, so its a problem at your side.
