Is the account currency ignored in test results?

Hi all,

I have a CAD funded live account, MT4, and when testing EAs looks like the Profit / Loss is shown in USD and not CAD. Is that how MT4 performs the tests, it assumes the account is in USD? 

Also, does MT4 testing takes in consideration my commissions per trade?

For example: say the EA takes a 0.1 lot trade that hits Take Profit for 10 pips in GBP/USD - my report is showing a profit of $9.30 (which would be correct in USD, $10, minus $0.70 my commission per round trade). Although, if calculated in CAD (my account's currency) this profit should be roughly times 1.3 (the CAD/USD rate).

In the tester, open the Expert properties, in the testing tab, you set the currency.

Commisions and swaps are taken into account with the profit/loss.
