Can't update my mobile number

I get "To confirm changes, you must enter the verification code that we will send to your new phone number (+1 phone number ) and your current number (+1 phone number ).

The first phone number isn't my phone number that the system displays... does anyone have an email address for support to fix this silly annoying issue?
