Newbie Question: Getting an Audible Alert, but Where is it coming from?
Thanks. So that's where the sounds are, but there's no associated text alert or popup that would direct you to what the alert is?
e.g. maybe just a temporary server disconnect? not all sound notifications are directly trading related;
nothing in the journal tab and experts tab?
(press ctr_t if the terminal window isn't open)
The "boing" is usually the disconnect.wav
Alright found the Journal tab. Looks like that's where the event log is kept.
Looks like a lot of disconnecting/reconnecting going on. Weird.

I'm new to MQL5. I'm running the Demo account with an EA and getting an alert of some kind. It sounds like spring in a cartoon (boing!) but I can't tell where it is coming from.
My EA is still running and is in profit.
Where is the sound coming from, and what triggered it?
