If  <link > is used to get lowest price for current bar chart, how do I get the lowest since market opened, on monday this week?

use iLow with weekly timeframe

On MT4: Unless the current chart is that specific symbols/TFs referenced, you must handle 4066/4073 errors before accessing candle/indicator values.
