I understand from that that if a product is removed by the seller the buyers who have already purchased the product will be able to reinstall the product only within the available number of activations. Meaning that if the number of activations is consumed and the product is removed from the market it will not be possible for the buyer to use the product or buy new activations . Right?

Yes.
If you bought ther product with some activations and the seller (or MQ admins) deleted this product after that - you can still use this product (means: you can install it within the number of available activations).
As to the activations:

From the Rules -
The Seller can distribute Products through the Market service at no cost (free of charge).
The number of free Product Activations available to the Buyer on another PC after purchasing the Product is defined by the Seller. The minimum number of such Activations is 4.
So, it is the seller who can distribute his product for free, or the seller can estimate available activations (up to the seller).
I mean: the seller is regulating it.
