The service desk people are located in the service desk.
I think it is impossible to reset. Because I asked the service desk two times about it.
Because the activation is per
hardware and per software (per OS).
And some updates of Windows 10 look like new Operational System for activation.
So sorry.
Of course, if the service desk provided you with additional activations so it is fine .. but it is nothing to do with our forum, with moderators
of the forum (I am moderator of the forum) and with forum users here.
I post the question on service desk over ONE week already. NO repsonse at all.
Is there someone could reach out to service desk to help out.
