Can't subscribe to a signal with a coupon.

Hello. I have a trouble connecting toa signal with MQL5 coupon. The coupon itself is valid, but as I activate it I get this message:

'5136504': Signal - error subscribing signal [323698] - Error occured

Screenshot attached. Can anybody advice anything?

We couldn't know what is wrong, you should contact the Service Desk.

I did not try it personally, but I see MQL5 coupons to deposit to MQL5 account (and you can pay from your forum account for subscription to the signal).

But I have no idea how to subscribe to the signal directly from coupon sorry ..

You can try to use this coupon to deposit to your forum account first.

Thanks! But I have SIGNAL type coupon, and you can only deposit with MONEY type one.
